ParcelBot is a bag-check bot that runs inside WhatsApp groups. Agents declare their parcels, packers scan each label into an open bag, and the bot stops any parcel that belongs to a different agent before the bag is sealed. It is built and maintained by WBC Digital Solutions.

No. Packers, managers, and agents keep using WhatsApp as they do today. The only setup is linking one office phone to the bot with a QR scan, then adding that phone to your groups.
ParcelBot replies in the packing group with a STOP message naming the parcel, its real owner, and the bag it should stay out of. At the same moment it alerts the Warehouse Managers group, so a person can step in before the bag is closed.
A packer sends a photo of the label in the chat, and ParcelBot decodes the barcode from the image. Tracking numbers can also be typed or pasted. If a photo can't be read, the bot asks for a retake or the typed number instead of guessing.
ParcelBot flags it as undeclared, tells the packer to put it aside, and alerts the managers. A manager assigns the owner with one command, and the packer carries on.
The packer closes the bag with its weight, for example !close 12.5kg. ParcelBot posts the final bag list, with the piece count and every tracking number, into that agent's group. No retyping.
